this is chet with sentry builders. i'm hereat a building in east mesa arizona. we're close to val vista and southern in mesa. this is steve's workshop building. it's a 40ft x 60ft x 16ft pre-engineered steel building. i'm just doing a little bit of an arial view here right now, then i'm going to go insideand take a little more video inside. on the far end of the building you can see a mezzaninethat we built for storage. the bottom of that mezzanine is about 8ft 2in off the ground.there is plenty of head clearance over the top of the mezzanine its about 7 ft up toabout 8ft clearance above that mezzanine. then he's got a little 10ft wide 7ft dooryou can see in the far corner of the building

that he's going to be able to pull his lawn-mowerand misc. things in. then the walk through door to go out onto a cement deck in the back.now standing underneath this mezzanine. you can see up here we've got the ceiling overthe top of me. i wanted to show you this door arrangement. he's got a 14ft wide 14ft talldoor on the left, and 14ft wide 10ft tall door on the right. he can pull about anything in here he wants to. he wants to put a car lift inside. some of these old cars you cansee. there's a chevy nova that he's going to start restoring parked outside. he's gotserveral vehicles like that he wants to do. this is a view from the outside or backsideof the building. just looking at that small 10ft wide 7ft door in the back. you can seehe had us pour and apron out here in the back
