the big thing is what level of damage you have to pay when and if something happens. you don't really want to wait till you hit the car rental’s desk to find that out. you want to know when you’re booking. most of our competitors have a $3000 dollars excess. ours is much much lower that. several times lower than that. for our top cover, it's only a little bit more to get a zero excess whereas most of the companies are three, four, five times that amount to get equivalent coverand that's our advantage there's some horror stories out there. i heard one in tasmania where someone slid off a road and hit a pole ended up paying over $8000 i think. if that happened in a bayswater car, you'd pay standard excess

for indonesia. so even if they sayit is a fixed price and it is the same thing everywhere, it is not true! secondly, same principle to the kuta beach. we go offer you an umbrella for 2 hoursto 100,000 idr ($ 10) this is totally ridiculous. finally, it cost me 50 000idr ($ 5 cad) for 2 hours with 2 drinks included. it's worth negotiating.regarding the famous massages in bali. it is very simple, if you want it youcosts $ 10 or less for 60 minutes. wait receive a massage in a room where hewill be sheets to separate tables. if it costs you more than $ 25. you willbeing in a closed room will be much more agreable. despite that, this morning mymassage therapist was a guy of 20 or 22

this is a project idea proposal,"renting an electric car" and we will walk you through the customer journey of this service in its current development phase. region blekinge and green charge sydost are potential stakeholder for this project. this is sven and sven is in need of a way of transportation. sven needs to attend a conference and then visit his bank. finally get back to bth. this means that sven needs a flexible way of transportation. should he take the bus

go by bike or airplane? neither of these are suitable right now and sven doesn't own a car. what is sven is supposed to do? well, let's do some research! sven remembers that he has a smartphone in his pocket and says to himself: -- "let's google it!" but unfortunately... google couldn't help him this time. then he remembered someone the other day that told him about renting an electric car at bth. and only at a price of 50 crowns. isn't that great!?

sven went to the website of this service and started the first-time-customer registration process. luckily sven is a student at bth, he has a driving license and a credit card -- which are the requirements of this service. what is left, is to agree with the terms including the insurance and... who actually reads all of this? sure, "i agree". fortunately sven is in a good mood and his customer experience isn't negatively affected by the registration process this time. sven is excited to try out an electric car for the first time and walks happily to the location of the car, which is located at campus.

when sven approaches the vehicle he sees that the only thing he has to do is to swipe his student card at the charging post. he then unplugs it and drives away. sven takes the car to his conference. after that he went to the bank. since he still got some time left with the car -- he could go wherever he wanted and still get back to bth in time, being flexible and not being committed to a bus schedule. the service provides sven a high customer experience. when sven gets back he simply plugged the cable back to the charging post

and his part of the deal is now done. and then he walks away. according to the agreement, sven would have to pay additional fees if he would exceed the rental time or or damaged the car somehow. but sven managed to stay out of trouble.

car rental logo ideas

car rental logo ideas, this would have been a negative customer experience. this is how sven's experienced the service throughout his customer journey. thank you for taking part of sven's customer journey. if you have any thoughts, questions or ideas -- sven would be more than happy to hear them.

hi, i’m joseph damiano. hi, i’m joe gavarella. it’s a 1966 ford mustang, convertible. custom plate is midnight, m i d n t e. these plates actually came off another mustang which was a dark blue mustang. this has just been more of a cruiser. turns heads.

and we’re off and running at the formulaone grand prix, melbourne victoria. i like to refer to this car as our baby, me and my dad, we restored this car. my old mans played around with mustangs hiswhole life, as a result i was pretty much brought up inthe garage to my mums, well disappointment. it’s kind of the childhood dream thoughdriving one of these. it’s like love at first sight.

there used to be people, they’d jump out in front of the car theirthumbs up. to go through that painstaking process ofrestoring a car, the sweat, the tears, trying to convince theboss, my mum in the house that yep it’s a goodidea. to be able to finally jump in and drive you can’t even describe the feeling it’s the feeling of on top of the worldisn’t it? it’s where your childhood dreams

kind of come true driving in that car you’ve always dreamt of. oh! ferrari! wow. and they’re custom plates. custom plates! a ferrari with custom plates! they’re probably worth more than that car. oh my god he’s coming. but yeah so we decided to go with midnte plates.

and the good thing is too that the custom plates are like the icingon the cake. it’s given a name, it’s given an identity. it’s a summers car, you know? yeah it’s good, you know driving on the beach, you know you’ve got three mates in the back,

october is a great time to travel and hereare our top 5 picks of the month. the temperature’s still in the late 20’sin october, so marrakech is the perfect place to visit if you’re craving some octobersun. head to a hammam for a traditional marrakechspa treatment, watch a belly dance or take a stroll in the stunning jardin majorelle. our favourite thing about marrakech has gotto be the souks. souk semmarine is a great place to start. you’ll find ceramics, kaftans, traditionalclothing and, of course, delicious moroccan food.

from october 20th, austria’s most importantfilm event takes place inside some of the most beautiful cinemas in vienna’s historiccentre. over 94,000 visitors descend on the film festivalto watch a selection of over 300 films from across the globe! while you’re in vienna we recommend takingin the baroque streetscapes, and stopping by the belvedere to visit the world’s largestcollection of paintings by gustav klimt. autumn is the best time to visit china. golden week is china’s national holidaytaking place from october 1st to the 7th, and it’s for the whole week!

although it’s peak tourist season, it’salso the time to join the celebrations and explore what beijing has to offer. we’d recommend visiting the forbidden city. it’s china’s largest and best-preservedcollection of ancient buildings, and the largest palace complex in the world. it was off limits for 500 years, but has beenlisted as a unesco world heritage since 1987. every october people flock to the annual nottebianca event in the cityscape of valletta, malta! the event’s a huge celebration of people, culture and art and is the perfect excuse

to get a bit of october sun. the city’s museums, art galleries and otherattractions are open free of charge, and you’ll find the city’s finest musicians, dancersand other creative geniuses lining the streets - it will definitely be an unforgettable nightfor everyone. for winter sun head to puerto rico in grancanaria, which is one of the island’s favourite beach and sun hot-spots. it’s only about 35 minutes south of theairport passing playa del ingles and maspalomas on the way, and it’s absolutely stunning. the beautiful amadores beach here is idealfor families or anyone who’s not a particularly

strong swimmer, because you have great harbourwalls and sea defences that mean that the waves are tiny and the water’s nice andshallow. however, our favourite thing to do here byfar is dolphin watching. we took a tour and it did not disappoint,we saw a whole pod of dolphins swimming around our boat.

james hong: my nameis james hong. i do design work, interiors, mostly in new york. when i first saw theapartment, it looked really bad. it was abandoned, it hadbasically no plumbing, but i could see the potential. this space is my office as well,so i spend a lot of time working and, quote, living. a lot of the elements arise froma real need, so it's not

that you just decide to dosomething whimsical. what i did to the bathroom,i made the tub that doesn't fit the space. the wall texture is kindof a take-off on the venetian plaster. the sink is a pouredresin top. and the sink itself actuallywas a kitchen cook pot. the door was a very trickything, because i didn't really have room for a doorto swing there.

in the kitchen area, i triedto incorporate a bunch of different elements. i had a electric cooktop, a gasburner, and then i had a sliding thing of steel. counter, i put in a customkitchen hood to capture the gas fumes from both the electricand the gas side. i collect books, and i didn'twant these books to accumulate dust. and so i wanted to housethem in a proper way.

i think overall i'm satisfiedwith all the things that i've done here. the main thing that i'm verypleased with was that i was able to incorporate alot of elements that were recycled, found. i like the fact that it givesthe impression that it's a super luxury type of effort, andyet in reality it's done on a very modest scale. female speaker: likehome and design?
